Please call the studio at (604) 821-0888 to reserve your spot. For you "downtowners", the studio is very easy to get to.
Just take the Canada Line to Lansdowne and from there it's a 10 minute walk.During the 2 hours we'll be flowing through an intermediate, vinyasa style, class. We'll get nice
and warmed, to some yummy tunes, and then break out into specific, peak postures. As a
Kula (community) we'll have the time to work into the poses together. We'll break em down,
we'll get curious, we'll ask questions, and we'll spot and support one another!
